BEFORE THE STAY
Your cat needs to have a current F3 or higher vaccination, as well as had a preventative treatment for fleas within the past month and worms within the three months. Proof of all treatments will be required prior to your pet being accepted for boarding. We also require all animals to microchipped, if your pet isn't microchipped we can arrange for this to be done. We are unable to accept pets which have not yet been desexed as it can cause distress to other pets in care.
Vaccinations protect cats from contracting diseases such as Enteritis and Feline Infectious Peritonitis, which are extremely serious, contagious and life-threatening. We want all our feline visitors to be safe, so it's extremely important that unvaccinated cats do not enter any cat boarding facility, as it puts them at extreme risk of illness and in some instances, death.
Immunisation takes around 10 days to come into effect, so we cannot accept cats that have had their vaccination within 10 days of commencing their stay with us.
Kittens needs to have completed their third round of their initial F3 immunisation, which is normally around 16 weeks.

You are welcomed to bring any bedding, blankets or toys from home that can be placed within your cat's condo. We encourage you to bring items which may remind your cat of home & provide them comfort during their stay. We ask that you label any items you bring with your cat's name.
It is a requirement that all cats arrive in a secure cat carrier. As travelling to a new location can be stressful for your cat, arriving in a secure cat carrier eliminates the risk of your cat escaping & helps ease the settling in process. You can leave your cat carrier with us for storage at no additional charge.
We welcome inspections by appointment. Booking an inspection allows us to ensure we have a staff member available to provide you with a guided tour & to answer any questions you may have.
