Here you’ll find the answers to a lot of those commonly asked questions. If your question isn’t answered by our FAQ’s, then feel free to contact us using the button at the bottom of this page.

Your cat needs to have a current F3 or higher vaccination, as well as had a preventative treatment for fleas within the past month and worms within the three months.  Proof of all treatments will be required prior to your pet being accepted for boarding. We also require all animals to microchipped, if your pet isn't microchipped we can arrange for this to be done.  We are unable to accept pets which have not yet been desexed as it can cause distress to other pets in care.

Vaccinations protect cats from contracting diseases such as Enteritis and Feline Infectious Peritonitis, which are extremely serious, contagious and life-threatening. We want all our feline visitors to be safe, so it's extremely important that unvaccinated cats do not enter any cat boarding facility, as it puts them at extreme risk of illness and in some instances, death.

Immunisation takes around 10 days to come into effect, so we cannot accept cats that have had their vaccination within 10 days of commencing their stay with us.

Kittens needs to have completed their third round of their initial F3 immunisation, which is normally around 16 weeks.

Yes. We provide our guests with high quality  veterinary approved meals. If your cat is a fussy eater you are welcome to bring along their favourite food. If you do choose to bring your own food, we may offer a variety of foods if they don’t eat, to entice eating so make sure you let us know of any specific dietary requirements or food allergies.

You are welcomed to bring any bedding, blankets or toys from home that can be placed within your cat's condo.  We encourage you to bring items which may remind your cat of home & provide them comfort during their stay.  We ask that you label any items you bring with your cat's name.

It is a requirement that all cats arrive in a secure cat carrier.  As travelling to a new location can be stressful for your cat, arriving in a secure cat carrier eliminates the risk of your cat escaping & helps ease the settling in process.   You can leave your cat carrier with us for storage at no additional charge.

We welcome inspections by appointment. Booking an inspection allows us to ensure we have a staff member available to provide you with a guided tour & to answer any questions you may have.

Our guests are fed up to three times a day.  Staff will be guided by you as to the frequency & type of food your pet is used to. Water is of course checked on a daily basis to ensure your cat is sufficiently hydrated.

As we have a qualified Veterinarian on the team, we are able to administer all types of medication, a daily surcharge applies depending on the complexity of the medical condition to be managed.  We do require notice of your cat's medication requirements in advance of their visit to allow us to prepare accordingly.

A single Cat Condo is designed to house one cat, and the double cat condo is able to accommodate two cats from the same family.

No, we do not mix cats from different households. This eliminates any potential for your cat to fight, be injured or spread illness.

Most definitely! Our team are all crazy cat lovers so will shower your cat with pats, hugs, love and affection.
